He has significant experience in the Private Equity & Venture Capital world, including venture, growth capital, infrastructure acquisitions, and buyouts, across a number of sectors including the renewable energy sector, the food sector, information technology, market research and financial services.
Jean-Baptiste holds a Master's degree in International and European Law, a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree 2 in Private International Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001.
Jean-Baptiste began his career in the Paris office of the American law firm Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP before joining the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions department of a major French law firm, then Fieldfisher Paris.
