He specialises in private equity and mergers and acquisitions and also works in the area of commercial litigation.
Pascal advises investment funds in their capacity as minority or majority shareholders. He also has extensive experience in the negotiation of management packages.
Pascal holds degrees from the University of Paris Dauphine (Masters in Management and International Business Law) and the University of Paris II (Master of Advanced Studies in Business Law). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992.
Before joining Fieldfisher, Pascal worked for 22 years at UGGC law firm in Paris, where he became a partner in 2000.
