She advises companies and investment funds on their strategic transactions in business law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity, both in France and abroad.
Romane holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Picardie Jules Verne. She obtained her CAPA in 2021 and sworn on may 2022.
Before joining Fieldfisher, Romane was an associate at BCTG Avocats. She had previously completed several internships in various law firms specializing in business law.
She speaks French and English.
