William Devenish

I help US technology, space and innovative businesses build and scale internationally.

Working with founders, leadership teams, general counsel and investors, I help companies expand into new markets, execute cross-border transactions and build international operations. My practice focuses on helping US businesses establish, grow and operate across multiple jurisdictions, including international expansion, cross-border investments, corporate structuring and the practical issues that arise as businesses grow beyond their home market.

Having worked with innovative businesses in the US, UK and Europe throughout my career I understand the practical, commercial and cultural challenges that arise when companies grow internationally. I particularly enjoy helping companies navigate unfamiliar markets and solve complex cross-border challenges.

My work ranges from helping companies navigate their first international customers and market opportunities to supporting established businesses as they expand their global operations.

I am a solicitor of England and Wales and a Registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the State Bar of California.
