As a Brit abroad, I am well placed to provide practical support to US based companies on European issues in their time zone.
I have particular experience advising companies on the roll out of disruptive and innovative technologies, implementing global privacy and data transfer strategies, supporting customer deals, vendor management, building global privacy programs, GDPR compliance , digital and offline marketing compliance and other EU digital regulatory compliance issues. I also have extensive experience leading and project managing large multi-jurisdictional projects with an EU focus.
I am an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe (CIPP/E)), a member of the IAPP Faculty and registered with the California Bar to practice English and EU law as a Foreign Legal Consultant. I have also recently been recognized as a "Top 40 under 40" data privacy lawyer by Global Data Review.
