Professional background

With significant experience in both private practice and in-house roles, I support complex transactions and decisions with advice that is clear, pragmatic, and commercially grounded. I bring the perspective of someone who has both delivered legal advice and relied on it to support critical business activities and decisions.

In private practice, I have supported clients with M&A, joint ventures, investments, and restructurings across a range of sectors. In-house, I have supported businesses through growth, transformation and value creation as a trusted strategic partner, in both high-growth scale-up and listed company environments. I am passionate about leveraging this experience to ensure my advice is both legally sound and operationally useful.

Having spent time working in France, Italy, and the Middle East—and advised clients on transactions across EMEA and APAC—I am well positioned to support international mandates. I enjoy working closely with Fieldfisher’s global offices and wider network to deliver integrated, cross-border legal advice.
