Natalie Farmer

My practice involves facilitating the international expansion priorities of my clients who are often navigating complex and overlapping regulatory technology and data frameworks in the UK, EU and globally as they internationalise or scale. I also counsel clients in connection with product or feature launches involving high risk technologies and sensitive data processing. A significant portion of my work involves advising clients on their compliance with the GDPR, international data transfer requirements, ePrivacy and e-marketing rules, AI governance matters and EU AI Act compliance, and the negotiation of related contracts.

I am a faculty member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals where I teach courses for the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E) certifications.

I am a solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales and I am registered with the California Bar as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
