My main areas of practice
A particular focus is on advising and providing long-term support to parties involved in real estate construction projects, legal project management and representation in legal disputes and court proceedings.

Another focus is on advising on the purchase and sale of existing properties and project developments, including legal due diligence up to the conclusion of the purchase agreement in the area of Commercial and residential Real Estate.

Asset management, in particular tenancy law, property project development and construction and architectural law are further areas in which I work.

Our clients include private and institutional investors, builders and project developers.

I advise our clients in German and English.

Publications
Among others, I have published an article on fees for the transparency register in the German Architects' Gazette (issue November 2020). DAB-2020-11-N1.pdf (akhh.de) (p. 9)

Personal engagement
I am involved on a voluntary basis as a sailing instructor with the DHH - Deutscher Hochseesportverband Hansa e.V. and was also a voluntary member of the board of directors of the junior sailing club Akademischer Segler-Verein in München e.V.

My background
I studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the private construction and architectural law team of a major national law firm, in the Hamburg Chamber of Architects and in the legal department of the Public Real Estate Manager of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
