I have particular expertise in acting for employers in relation to complex, multimillion pound claims in the Employment Tribunals and appellate courts (up to the Supreme Court).  I also advise private sector clients on senior executive appointments and terminations, mergers and acquisitions, business re-organisations involving TUPE and large-scale outsourcing programmes.
