I am adept at advising on transactions of all shapes and sizes and at flexing our firm's offering to suit the circumstances. This is exemplified in acting for Marlowe plc on close to 100 transactions that ranged from smaller bolt-ons to the £430 million disposal of its Governance, Risk and Compliance division.
I have completed over 70 transactions in the TICC sector alone for various clients and possess an acute sense of the key drivers of that highly fragmented industry along with where it sits in the wider business services ecosystem.
I am also a member of the firm's Equity Capital Markets team and have acted on both the issuer and broker side of IPOs and secondary issues. This work includes the IPOs of Made Tech Group plc and Quantum Base Holdings plc to AIM.
I have for some time been noted as a 'Rising Star' in the Legal 500 rankings, with clients commenting that I "consistently provide outstanding service" and have a "can do attitude to every transaction".
