Natalia has experience in the legal structuring aspects of investment vehicles, the accreditation of management companies and secondary transactions involving transfer of portfolios and transfer of management companies.
She holds a Specialized Master in International Business Law and Management from HEC/ESCP-EAP and a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007.
Before joining Fieldfisher in July 2014, she worked for seven years in the Corporate department of UGGC & Associés.
Natalia speaks Spanish, French and English.
