My expertise lies in EU regulation, environmental law, and ESG matters., including corporate sustainability reporting, supply chain management regulations, eco-design, and chemicals.
My practice in EU regulatory law involves working on sustainability reporting and ESG-related policies, including advising on strategy and compliance with the CSRDD, the CSDDD, the EU Regulation on deforestation and environmental claims. I also advise clients on a wide range of EU regulatory frameworks, including REACH, BPR, compliance and product design frameworks.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at an international law firm, where I advised local and international clients on international trade, WTO litigation, customs and regulatory matters. In addition, I acted as a legal consultant for a Brussels-based consultancy specialized in environmental law, EHS, health and safety, sustainability reporting and product compliance.
I hold a Magna Cum Laude J.D. from the UNAM, along with a Cum Laude LL.M. degree in International and European Law from Maastricht University (Orange Tulip scholar). I also pursued an exchange program at McGill University and Erasmus program in KU Leuven.
I am a native Spanish speaker with a good knowledge of French and English.
