Montserrat is a lawyer, specialised in personal data protection and intellectual/industrial property law, with more than 5 years of experience in the field of information society technology law.
She is also a Data Protection Delegate certified by the Certification Scheme of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (CDPD/AEPD), and has worked as a Data Protection Delegate -DPD- (or in support of the Internal DPD), through the law firms for which she has worked, in different clients in the public and also in the private sphere.
