For more than 8 years I have had the opportunity to advise national and international public and private companies on the protection of personal data, digital law and new technologies, including adaptation to applicable regulations, working as external Data Protection Officer (DPD), technological contracting, regulation of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and applications, domain claims and M&A operations.
I have experience in the following sectors: life sciences, education, public administration, retail trade, marketing, health, technology, media and telecommunications.
I always try to understand the client’s point of view so as to be able to offer them advice adapted to their situation, with the aim of successfully achieving compliance with the regulations within their organisation.
I hold a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Information Society from ESADE. I am a member of the Bar Association of Barcelona as a practising lawyer, and I actively participate in all organised training and sessions.
