I have extensive experience in the field of copyright consulting on software, advising on projects related to the field of emerging technologies, e-commerce platforms and software development and licensing; as well as in the field of data protection, even acting as a data protection officer for various companies.
Before joining the Fieldfisher Spain team, I worked for 4 years in ECIJA’s areas of Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
I have a degree in Law from the University of Alicante, and I subsequently completed the Master’s Degree Specialising in ICT, Social Networks and Intellectual Property Law at the ESADE business school, as well as the University Master’s Degree in Access to Legal Practice from the Open University of Catalonia.
