I also have strong expertise advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and harassment issues in the UK workplace. I am a proficient litigator, with experience in the UK Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court.
I have been consistently ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ and ‘Rising Star’ in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 respectively. I am a regular media commentator and have appeared on a Channel 4 documentary, as well as being quoted in publications such as The Times, The Sunday Times, Law360, IFLR and Women’s Health Magazine. I'm a regular speaker at client seminars and international conferences.
Whilst working with clients in all sectors, I have particular experience advising clients in tech, life sciences, financial and professional services and luxury fashion.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked in a top tier Chambers-ranked employment law team at an internationally recognised full-service law firm in London. I have lived and worked in the USA, the UK, Japan and Italy.
