My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is on cross-border transactions with a special focus on private equity investors as well as group restructurings.
In addition, I support our clients in asset and project financing, in particular in ship and aircraft financing as well as real estate and infrastructure projects.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a focus on Corporate Law. In 2016, I passed my First State Law Examination. During my legal clerkship in Nuremberg and Bayreuth, I worked for a medium-sized law firm specialising in Insolvency Law and for an international law firm in the field of Corporate/M&A in Dusseldorf.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a research assistant at this international commercial law firm for one and a half years after completing my Second State Examination in Law.
