Professional background
I have worked on complex global cyber security, data privacy and digital regulations projects for a number of clients, including those in the consumer products, energy, financial services, hospitality and leisure, retail and technology.
With senior leadership experience across Asia as well as Europe, I deliver multi-jurisdictional compliance projects spanning AI governance, cyber security (including breach response), data protection and other digital regulations.
I previously led the client facing digital and data legal team at a Big 4 firm, blending legal expertise with consulting rigor, technology solutions and alternative delivery models to deliver strategic, operationalised outcomes.
Trusted for being pragmatic, collaborative and client focused, my team works as an extension of our client’s compliance, data protection, IT or legal functions – helping manage cross border data risks, enable market entry and optimise third-party arrangements for global businesses across Asia, Australasia, the EU, the Middle East and North America.
During my time in Hong Kong, I became Hong Kong qualified and had the honour of being a guest speaker at the University of Hong Kong.
When not advising clients on the complex world of technology and data, I have a wife and two children who keep me entertained and grounded, my two boys in particular like to remind me who is in charge.
