Professional background
I have experience representing clients across diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and media, in both High Court litigation and international arbitration. I also have experience in alternative dispute resolution, including negotiated settlements and formal mediation, helping to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively where appropriate.
I have a particular interest in art and media law, having completed a six-month secondment with a large media organisation in early 2025. I am also a member of Fieldfisher’s Fraud, Financial Crime and Investigations team, as well as the Art Law Group.
Recent matters include:
- Acting for a minority shareholder in an unfair prejudice petition and derivative action concerning a group of healthcare companies;
- Advising a high-net-worth individual on the enforcement risks of an arbitral award; and
- Assisting in obtaining injunctive relief against persons unknown in relation to the unlawful use of confidential information.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, and cooking.

Many companies thrive on trust, speed, and close relationships, but that closeness can also make them more vulnerable to conflict. Unlike listed companies with formal governance structures, founder‑led, family‑run and early-stage businesses often rely on unwritten assumptions, informal arrangements and overlapping roles.
