Our Technology and Data team at Fieldfisher Belgium wrote a new article on the EU Digital Single Market.

  As one of the EU's top priorities, the ambition is to develop the EU into a single digital market and to make it "fit for the digital age". Determined to make this Europe's “Digital Decade”, the EU Commission has made several legislative proposals with a view to strengthening Europe's digital sovereignty
