Sixtine's area of specialty covers a full range of topics relating to the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, including drafting privacy notices, data processing clauses and assisting clients during pre-litigation procedures before the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). One of her main areas of expertise lies in the field of electronic marketing and advertising. Furthermore, she has experience dealing with data breaches and data subject access requests, as well as reviewing the privacy aspects of M&A transactions.Sixtine's various experiences have fostered a deeper understanding of the issues affecting different types of clients (whether start-ups, associations, or large multinationals), and specific sectors, such as the advertising sector, telecoms, passenger transport, luxury and public affairs.
She graduated from Sciences Po in Paris and from the College of Europe in Belgium, where she obtained an LL.M. in European Law, after spending a year at Princeton University (USA) as a visiting student.
Sixtine is a French native speaker, she speaks English fluently and have an advanced level of Italian. She is registered with the Paris Bar and the Brussels Bar (E-list).
