Are you involved in selling chemicals and related products on the UK market?

The UK's Brexit transition period is scheduled to end on 31 December 2020. Soon enough, we will know if 1 January 2021 will herald a new set of parallel chemicals rules in the UK.

But are you, and is the UK, ready for the regulatory change?

On 25 June, from the cliff edge, we will be pleased to be joined by Dave Bench, currently Director of EU Exit Chemicals in the Health Safety Executive (from 15 June the Chief Executive of the UK Crop Protection Association), to discuss the state of preparedness of HSE to handle the new chemicals, plant protection and biocides regimes and of industry to adapt.

It will be a great opportunity to ask Dave questions which he can answer from the perspective of someone who has the inside government track and is now also looking at matters from industry's point of view.

Please do join Peter Sellar, Gerard McElwee of the EU Regulatory team at Fieldfisher and Dave Bench, Director of EU Exit, HSE on our webinar on 25 June at 10.30 - 11.30 GMT+1, 11.30 - 12.30 CEST.

Agenda:

  3. The inside and outside track on the state of preparedness - Dave Bench, Director of EU Exit, HSE
