European Law Firm Fieldfisher has been featured in the Global Arbitration Review's 2024 guide on the 100 leading international arbitration firms. This is the firm's third consecutive year in the guide.

Global Arbitration Review is the world's leading source of news for the international arbitration community and its highly respected GAR 100 ranking is now in its 17th edition.

The GAR 100 ranking highlighted some of the firm's recent credentials, including the US$660 million ICSID case for company Gilward Investments, which relates to the bankruptcy of what was once Ukraine’s largest commercial airline, the firm's role in defending South Sudan against a US$ multi-billion ICC claim and also the firm's role in a gas price review case for a national distributor, under a long-term supply agreement.

The firm's international arbitration practice, which is co-led by partners Daniel Hayward and Simon Sloane, boasts an integrated team of more than 80 fee earners including over 25 partners across its European network. Our international arbitration offering was also recently strengthened by the arrival of Partner Pedro Claros and Counsel Antonio Delgado in the firm's Madrid office who in addition to Spain, will be focusing on the Latin America market, and Partner Marc Krestin in Amsterdam, launching the firm's offering in the Dutch market.
