Fieldfisher advises ipushpull on minority investment from TP ICAP

Financing from the investment arm of one of ipushpull's existing customers will help the growing UK FinTech company develop its platform, as well as expand its workforce to help the firm capitalise on the significant demand for its services.
European law firm Fieldfisher has advised FinTech software business ipushpull on a Series A investment from TP ICAP EMEA Investments Limited, a subsidiary of London-headquartered international financial services firm, TP ICAP Group plc.

ipushpull is a leading capital markets FinTech firm transforming data-driven services for sell-side, buy-side, brokers, venues and data providers. The no-code data sharing and workflow platform enables the delivery of real-time data into client applications such as chat and Excel, all integrated into configurable workflows.

ipushpull complements and enhances existing data distribution and dedicated screens with its omni-channel delivery model, providing through a single connection a wide choice of delivery options including into chatbots, Excel and APIs while replacing inefficient manual, email and file-based workflows.

TP ICAP is an existing customer of ipushpull, leveraging the platform's fast-to-market, omni-channel delivery as part of its award-winning Fusion technology offering.
Fieldfisher's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital team regularly acts for FinTech businesses and on strategic investments, particularly transactions aimed at accelerating business growth and innovation.

The Fieldfisher team advising ipushpull on its investment from TP ICAP was led by Corporate Partner Thomas Colmer, assisted by associate Amy Kristensen, trainees Sohini Saujani and Katherine Raw-Rees and Technology Partner Chris Eastham.
