Cumming Management Group, an international project management and cost consultancy employing over 1,200 across 41 offices throughout Europe and the US, announced its merger with Scollard Doyle earlier this month.  Scollard Doyle is one of Ireland's leading independent cost management and project management firms, acting for clients including University College Dublin, Vodafone, EY, Allied Irish Bank, Dublin Airport Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland, among others.

Founders Michael Scollard and Barry Doyle will continue to manage Irish operations, as the Scollard Doyle team join Cumming's growing international team of construction professionals. Some of Cumming's largest clients include Amazon, Facebook, Citigroup, Microsoft, and Disney, among many other multinational corporations.

Commenting on the merger, Cumming COO Finlay McLay said, “Ireland has continued to have a very competitive economy over the years, and we see the potential for tremendous growth by leveraging Scollard Doyle’s unmatched reputation and expertise. We could not be more excited to welcome the Scollard Doyle team into our growing EMEA family.”

“Our team’s hands-on approach, vast experience, and deep understanding of complex construction projects drives our success and has helped establish a reputation that aligns well with Cumming,” said Michael Scollard, co-founder at Scollard Doyle.

Feilim O'Caoimh (Partner and head of Fieldfisher's Corporate and Commercial team) led the Cumming advisory team, with support from Conor Folan and Jamie Woodcock (Corporate), Barry Walsh (Employment), Neil Dineen (Real Estate) and Julie Austin (Privacy)

Feilim commented, "We are delighted to have advised the Cumming team on this merger.  It has been very exciting to work alongside the management team as it continues to heavily invest in the rollout of its international operations".
