The acquisition was worth in the region of €30-€35 million and will support the group’s objective to be the leading player in Europe in electric resistive heating and a significant player in heat pumps. The Fieldfisher team were assisted on the deal by Thommessen in Norway and Primus Legal in Lithuania.
