Procurement

We have acted both for contracting authorities and for private entities in public procurement law matters. We have advised public bodies on the application of public procurement law to competitions for the award of public contracts including on several discrete issues in a variety of industry sectors.  In contentious work, we have also challenged contract award decisions on behalf of aggrieved bidders (including in High Court litigation) and defended such challenges on behalf of public bodies.  We work with our international offices in the UK, Germany, Belgium and further afield, offering truly international expertise.
