I provide comprehensive legal services to clients in corporate law, dispute resolution, and real estate. My clients include multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises across a diverse range of sectors such as retail, advertising and media, real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at a leading domestic law firm focusing on real estate legal services, where I deeply participated in providing full-cycle legal support for numerous well-known commercial real estate and residential projects in Shanghai.
I hold an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law in the United States and an LL.B. from Shanghai International Studies University School of Law in China.
I am licensed to practice law in mainland China.
I can advise clients in both Chinese and English.
