Lawyer with more than 6 years of experience in the field of consultancy in personal data protection, privacy and services of the information society and e-commerce, he participates in projects of legal advice to medium and large companies in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and technology sectors, as well as NGOs, among others, both nationally and internationally.
With a clear focus on the area of personal data protection, he offers clients the necessary guidance to adapt their organisations to the regulatory and legal requirements in force, carrying out the tasks of a Data Protection Officer ("DPO").
Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona, Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Master's Degree in Digital Law and the Information Society from the Institut de Formació Contínua-IL3 (University of Barcelona). He is a practising member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
