My main areas of practice
My main areas of practice include providing ongoing legal advice to domestic and foreign companies as well as boards of directors, management boards, supervisory boards and advisory boards and providing legal support for national and cross-border transactions in the areas of stock corporation, capital markets and Corporate Law.
I also advise listed and unlisted companies on compliance, risk advisory and corporate restructuring.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I completed my law studies at the University of Trier with a focus on Corporate Law and the subsequent legal traineeship with stations in Dusseldorf and New Zealand.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in an international business law firm and an accounting firm, among others.
