In addition, I carry out a number of non-legal functions for the firm, including risk management, mental health and wellbeing training and financial hygiene. I am passionate about continuous learning and the development of our people, and work closely with our learning and development team on new initiatives.
I'm fortunate enough to live in Yorkshire with my family. We can often be found outdoors, cycling, climbing or walking the dog on the moor. I enjoy the feeling of being connected with the world around me, and nothing beats the sense of freedom and grandeur than cresting the summit of a steep hill. When not outside, we can often all be found reading – our collective 'to be read' piles keep growing!
