In addition, I carry out a number of non-legal functions for the firm, including risk management, financial hygiene, mentoring, and mental health and wellbeing initiatives. I volunteer as a LawCare champion, speaking and writing on wellbeing issues in the profession.
My family and I are fortunate enough to live in Yorkshire, and can often be found outdoors: walking, cycling or just enjoying the views. Nothing beats cresting the summit of a steep hill or pausing for a moment or two in a forest glade or by a waterfall. When not outside, we can often be found reading – our collective 'to be read' piles keep growing!
