Professional background
I am a Partner in the Corporate team specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investments. I work with a wide range of clients from individuals to multinationals, many of whom I have acted for over a number of years. There is often an international element to my practice.
With practical experience from a previous career for an international television company, I have a particular focus on the media sector advising broadcasters, studios and industry bodies. I provide advice across a range of other sectors from technology to financial services, particularly focusing on IP and people rich businesses.
My practice includes supporting clients from early stage investment and fundraising through to complex joint ventures and UK and international M&A transactions. I also regularly advise on corporate governance, intra group re-organisations and other general company law matters.
