Over the years I have gained extensive experience in tax compliance, company reorganisations and M&A transactions (real estate, nursing homes, retail,…).
I also actively advise companies and their managers on criminal law issues (AML, tax fraud, corruption) including all aspects of civil and criminal director's liability and risk prevention.
For 20 years I acted as in-house General Counsel and member of the Exco of several major (listed) companies (banking & insurance, retail and defence) and my business-oriented approach gives me an effective added value to tackle tax & legal issues and bring workable solutions
Currently I am the heading the development of Fieldfisher Client Global Solutions.
Outside of my professional role I am also a consular judge at the Brussels enterprise court.
I am a member of the Brussels Bar. I am a French speaker and work fluently in Dutch and English.
