I am an expert in conflict management, a field to which I have dedicated more than thirty years of my professional career. My strategic and legal vision, tenacity and proactive approach to seeking transactional solutions provide real added value to clients.

In recent years, I have gained prominence through my intervention in property-related conflicts. They include: challenging agreements and urban planning, terminating construction contracts, project management, overseeing construction defects, and resolving problems linked to the financing or purchase of land and developments. I have also intervened in conflicts derived from company acquisitions or disputes between partners, and in national and international litigation in most business sectors, the most significant of which include the food, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure industries.

Furthermore, I am a recognised adviser for family businesses, where I offer my expertise to prevent the development of corporate and inheritance disputes so the continuity and strengthening of the aforementioned companies is ensured.  I have also managed projects on restructuring and equity realization for this type of singular companies.

I was chair of the Civil Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association from 2001 to 2003, and I still am a member of this section. In addition, I have taught Civil Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and I have been an assistant professor of International Commercial Arbitration at the School of Law of the University of Arkansas.

I am also a member of the American Bar Foundation, the American Bar Association, and the chair of the Barcelona/Madrid City Chapter of the American Bar Association since 2003.
