I am a lawyer specialising in advising individuals and companies, supporting them throughout their development and activity, as well as in resolving their disputes. I have worked in this field for more than thirty years, consistently seeking strategic, practical and legally sound solutions for my clients. With this approach, I provide legal assistance and participate in the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
I have particular experience advising family businesses, helping to ensure continuity and strengthen their corporate structure, while preventing both corporate and inheritance-related conflicts.
A significant part of my practice also focuses on monitoring and resolving disputes through extrajudicial, judicial and arbitration proceedings at both national and international level. I have been involved in the defence and resolution of disputes in a wide range of matters, including inheritance and family conflicts, corporate and real estate disputes, contractual and tort liability, as well as disputes arising from the sale and purchase of companies and from international trade and distribution.
I served as President of the Civil Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (2001–2003) and have been a lecturer in Civil Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as an adjunct professor in International Commercial Arbitration at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
I am a member of the International Relations Committee of the Barcelona Bar Association. I am also a member of the American Bar Association and have chaired the Barcelona/Madrid chapter of the ABA since 2013. In addition, I am a member of the American Bar Foundation.
