Jordi Ruiz de Villa has more than 35 years of experience in litigation and franchising.
His versatility as a professional has enabled him to advise some of the world's leading franchisors at national and international level.
His experience in the areas of franchising, distribution, unfair competition and antitrust law has been key in giving him a strong reputation for handling complex litigation.
In addition to his legal profession, he currently holds various institutional functions. He participates as Legal Advisor and Founder of the Spanish Franchise Association (AEF) and he has been Chairman of its Committee of Experts since 2004. In addition, his role as a WIPO arbitrator has enabled him to demonstrate his competence and rigorous professional standards.
He has authored numerous articles in leading Spanish media and co-authored several publications.
