My main areas of practice
I specialise in litigation and arbitration, particularly in the area of financial dispute resolution.
I represent companies, banks and financial service providers in litigation before state courts, in arbitration proceedings, out of court and vis-à-vis public authorities. The
focus of my work is on complex damage and liability cases, Banking and Credit Law disputes as well as Regulatory and Capital Markets Law disputes.
I have particular experience in Financial, Capital Markets, Money Laundering and Financial Regulatory Law as well as in contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and other authorities (e.g. Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a leading UK law firm and a large German law firm.
