My main areas of practice
I advise and represent companies from various industries, including banks and financial service providers, in disputes before state courts, in out-of-court proceedings and before supervisory authorities.
My practice focuses on complex damage and liability cases, disputes relating to anti-money laundering, banking and financial supervisory law (financial dispute resolution), as well as the liability of managing directors, executive and supervisory board members.
In addition to my experience from over one hundred court proceedings, I have particular expertise in proceedings before the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and other authorities such as the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as well as in conducting internal investigations.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked at a leading UK law firm and a large German law firm.
