My specialism is drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology contracts, including simple and complex cloud service agreements, IPR licensing and terms of use, supply agreements, and bespoke commercial contracts. I have experience working on both the supplier and customer side of technology transactions.
I also advise on privacy and data protection matters, including cross-border data transfers, product and service compliance advice, international project co-ordination, data subject requests, and data breaches and investigations.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at a 'Tier 1' technology and privacy law practice in Melbourne, Australia for six years.
Admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
