I work with a wide variety of clients – from household names to emerging brands – and in a range of sectors, including life sciences; healthcare; telecoms and the finance sector. My experience includes advising clients on the fast-moving area of data protection and regulation, including international privacy compliance and data transfers. I also advise clients on commercial contracts including Master Services Agreements, outsourcing agreements, SaaS agreements and intellectual property licensing and assignments.
As part of my training at Fieldfisher, I spent six months on secondment with the Legal and Business Affairs team at BBC Studios where I worked on commercial contracts across a range of media-related sectors. I also completed seats in the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Protection and Enforcement and Commercial Intellectual Property teams.
