I specialise in technology law, including IT and business process outsourcing, issues arising from emerging technologies (including robotics and artificial intelligence), telecoms regulatory advice, cloud services agreements, technology, and software procurement, managed exits and renegotiations of distressed IT projects, e-commerce, and privacy.

My experience has involved me working in the financial services, technology, telecommunications, retail (consumer and business) and logistics sectors. I have particular expertise in 'track and trace' and supply chain traceability deals, having advised customers and suppliers on several global and pan-European deals in regulated sectors and with first-to-market solutions.

I have gained in-house experience on secondment at a major international bank and hold a Practitioner’s Certificate in Data Protection from BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT. I am a member of the Professional Board of the leading IT law journal, Computer Law & Security Review.

I am a member of the Society for Computers and Law, where I pioneered the now well-established Student Tech Law Challenge. I co-authored the 2017 version of the E-commerce chapter in Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopedia of Information Technology Law.
