Professional background
The Professional Services sector continues to be an exciting place in which to work. Growth in regulations, changes in working preferences and expectations, a greater focus on sustainable working methods and accelerating technological developments make day to day work exciting and dynamic. Leadership must be well informed and nimble to make decisions that protect and promote the objectives of the business. In addition to the Executive Committee, I work closely with the Business Leaders who lead our legal services in the UK, our Country Managing Partners and our Operations Board to continue to transform Fieldfisher into the best legal advisory firm in Europe for clients and for our people!
Outside of these responsibilities, I am Chair of the Church Urban Fund which seeks to 'End Poverty Together' and a Visiting Professor at the University of Law.
