I focus my practice in providing integral corporate advice to companies, including drafting of commercial contracts, incorporation process, drafting of shareholder agreements or management of board of directors’ secretary affairs. I have participated in the acquisition and sale of companies from both a buyer and seller perspective and conducted numerous due diligence reviews.
I double majored in Law and Business Administration in Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE (Madrid) in 2019. I obtained an LL.M. Degree in Business Law in Brooklyn Law School (New York) and a Master’s Degree in Admission to the Spanish Bar in Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE (Madrid), specializing in Business Law.
