Hélène Lefebvre

Hélène is a leading expert in debt finance, with over 20 years' experience spent in advising international and domestic arrangers, lenders, mezzanine lenders, debt funds and borrowers, for transactions involving asset finance (real estate and moveable assets), acquisition finance, corporate finance and restructuring. Hélène also has significant experience in the acquisition of performing or non-performing loan receivables.

The industry sectors she specialises in cover financial institutions, real estate (development, offices, logistics, retail, hotels & leisure), environmental clean-up, IT, fintech and media.

She has been involved in many major projects, including the recent financing of the construction of the Highlight building in Courbevoie.

She has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in France editions for Structured Finance Law since 2017 and is described by Legal 500 as 'taking care of her clients, being very focused on the deals, being excellent in negotiation, where she is always a step ahead, and knowing how to find mutually acceptable solutions for both parties'.
