He advises French and international clients on transactions involving acquisition finance, corporate finance and asset finance (including real estate and moveable assets).
Before joining Fieldfisher, Adrien worked for an international law firm, advising on structured finance with a particular focus on asset finance.
Adrien is admitted to the Paris Bar (2016). He holds a Master degree in Corporate law from University Paris 12 (UPEC) (2011) and a Master degree in Financial law from the University Paris Dauphine (2013).
He speaks French and English.
