Professional background
He acts for all types of financial institutions and debt funds, as well as national and international sponsors and corporations. He focuses his practice on French and international acquisitions, structured finance transactions, in particular leveraged buy-outs (LBOs), acquisition finance (build-ups), fund finance (equity bridge financing) and act for financial institutions, direct lending funds and mezzanine debt providers.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Martin was an associate at McDermott Will & Emery Paris. Prior to that, he completed various internships at Herbert Smith Freehills Paris, Arendt & Medernach Luxembourg and Dentons Paris.
He holds a Master II in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Le Mans and a Master II in General Privatse Law from the University of Rennes.
Martin was sworn in in February 2023.
He speaks French and English.
