Professional background
I qualified in September 2018, following my training contract with Fieldfisher, where I spent a year specifically advising clients on data protection in both Fieldfisher's London and Silicon Valley offices.
Since qualifying, I have worked with global clients, in particular companies headquartered in the UK, US and Australia on EU privacy compliance. This work has included advice on the GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and ePrivacy laws.
In addition, I have spent time on secondment supporting a software company with their ongoing privacy compliance following the GDPR.
Since joining the firm I have co-authored a number of articles for the Fieldfisher privacy blog, including an article on Big Data Analytics and the GDPR, which was published by Bloomberg Law in their Privacy & Security Law Report in May 2017.
