My main areas of practice
Data Protection Law issues have accompanied me since before I started working as a lawyer in legal research. From this time, I also have in-depth knowledge of distributed ledger technologies (including blockchain, smart contracts and digital automation). My advice focuses primarily on technology-driven companies.
I advise our clients in German and English.
Publications
My doctoral thesis on Decentralized Automonous Organizations, published in 2021, also deals with this topic.
My background
I studied at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and at the Università Roma Tre in Rome.
Between my state exams, I worked as a Research Assistant in the civil law department at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law in Münster.
