I advise clients on a broad range of public and regulatory matters, with particular expertise representing Claimants, Defendants, and Interested Parties in high-profile public law litigation before the Administrative Court and appellate courts. My practice spans a broad range of sectors, utilising public law to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Recent highlights include:

  • Advising the Trade Remedies Authority in successfully defending its first judicial review challenge.
  • Acting for a group of companies in a complex, multi-party judicial review challenge seeking a declaration of incompatibility in relation to primary legislation.
  • Representing the CITB in the Court of Appeal in a judicial review concerning its annual levy.
  • Defending several public bodies against a judicial review claim relating to the conduct of a consultation.

My litigation experience underpins my broader advisory work, enabling me to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to assist clients make decisions that are "judicial review proof".

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I achieved a First Class Degree in Law from University College London before obtaining a Distinction in the LPC from the University of Law.
