I advise on multidisciplinary civil pre-litigation and litigation cases (tort and contract liability) and commercial litigation between companies and/or individuals, corporate law disputes (post-acquisition of companies, shareholders' disputes, disputes between shareholders and managers, managers' liability), disputes related to distressed LBO transactions, as well as insolvency proceedings and amicable settlement of companies' difficulties.
I hold a specialised Master's degree in Asset Management from the University of Paris II and a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence.
Before joining Fieldfisher in Paris, I spent three years as an associate in the Contracts and Commercial litigation departments at Cabinet Wilhelm & Associes and prior to that, I completed internships at Ernst & Young law firms.
I speak both French and English.
