Adriana holds a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University, a Master's Degree in International Business Law from ESADE and, in 2021, the General Management Programme (PDG) from IESE Business School.
She specialises in corporate and corporate law, corporate governance, M&A and financing transactions. With more than 15 years of professional experience, she has worked for different firms such as PwC, in an initial stage where she spent three years, in Garrigues where she worked for more than six years and, her last work experience, has been in Durán Sindreu where she has worked for the last ten years, managing the Commercial Department.
Adriana also teaches on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE and on the Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy at UPF-Barcelona School of Management, as well as being a mentor on the Archimides Programme at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
