I have been retained as principal outside counsel and client relationship partner for a number of leading Irish businesses and multi-national companies based in Ireland. In many cases I am the “go to” legal adviser for clients, providing strategic legal advice and support in an increasingly complex and challenging business environment.
I consider myself to be responsive and adaptable. I strive to understand what is needed and to engage our team to help our client to achieve its objectives.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I co-founded and led a corporate law practice (Regan Wall LLP) that, in the space of a few years, grew to become one of Ireland’s top boutique corporate law firms. Regan Wall LLP achieved a top-three national ranking for M&A deal volume in Ireland in 2025 (Experian Market IQ).
Founding and developing my own firm has provided me with an appreciation for the challenges involved in scaling a businesses. I developed the firm’s growth strategy and managed its execution, along with my co-founder and with assistance from an external advisory board.
Prior to founding my own firm, I previously headed up the corporate department of a top 10 national law firm.
I also previously worked as an associate at one of Australia’s largest law firms.
I am a graduate of the Timoney Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP).
I hold a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the ACCA.
I have held non executive board and committee roles in public sector and charity organisations.
